Founded in 2024, CESUAC is an independent, non‑governmental, non‑profit organization dedicated to equitable, sustainable community infrastructure.
We serve as a bridge between engineers, local governments, and residents to co‑design pragmatic, human‑centered improvements: pocket parks, safe walkways, storm‑water fixes, lighting, and small civic facilities that make daily life better.
